By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Big Armoire you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Big Armoire retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm on the process of delivery for your purchase.Â
For the moment, Big Armoire only accept bank wire transaction (manual online banking), however, in case of electronic payment by the customer (e.g. by credit card, debit card, or Wireless online Transfer) which we may adopt in future, Big Armoire collects the payment for the relevant order in Big Armoire's name on behalf of the seller, and pays it out to the seller according to the invoicing agreement.Â
The seller will keep receipts of deliveries to customers for at least 13 months and make those available on request. In case of problems that may cause the order to be rescinded, or in case of a delivery failure, the seller must immediately notify Big Armoire by phone so that the credit card payment may be cancelled.
The seller bears the risk of abuse of the payment medium (e.g. of credit card or debit card fraud). If a fraudulent payment has been credited to the seller, Big Armoire reserves the right to correct the amount the merchant is invoiced to offset this payment.
